The report on herd-testing on page 8 refers to the T. L. Joll Co. A notable addition to the purebred sires of the district is the fine Jersey lull just imported by Messrs Wren Bros., of Tokaora, from Canada. It is now in quarantine at Wellington. The Imll is Brampton Bolina 11., by Fern's -Oxford Noble 11. out of Bolina 11. It is a Jersey Island-bred animal, but was -taken out to Canada, and has come ihenceto Mr Wren's order.
