Liston, Roman Catholic Coadjutor Archbishop, was called to answer a charge that he made seditious utterances in a, speech at thy Town Hall on March 17. Defendant, who did not appear, was represented by Mr Coulan. Mr Meredith appeared for the Crown. The, later-read quotations f£om the speech as published in the Press. By consent of counsel the case was adjourned until the 20th inst., when it is stated that a date will be definitely fixed for the hearing.
