MISS HOEFT'S PERFORMANCE,
GISBORNE, Mar. 24. At the Swimming Club's carnival tonight Miss Pauline Hoeft, smmming in the 150 yards men's race, did the distance in lmin 53 2-ssec, which was announced as equalling the ue^OTd for a lady swimmer.
