Piecegoods merchants, at the invitation of Ghandi, met to discuss whether they were prepared to take a vow i>o deal in country 7 made piecegoods only and abstain from piecegoods from foreign countries. As the result of the meeting so far only six out of forty merchants have taken the vow. Others, have not „yet decided.
