His Honor Sir John Salmond, in his charge to the Grand Jury, referred to the considerable number of bills of indictment presented. Arthur/ Cameron, Hector Neil Gemmel, and George Friend, who had pleaded guilty in the lower court of theft of machinery from a motor "car found biirned and apparently abandon, ed on the roadside, were each fined £10, in default two months' imprisonment.
