WAR ON BRITISH GOVERNMENT

, DELHI, May 7. Haji Abdurrazac.the notorious firebrand, to whose influence the prolongation of resistance by the Waziristan tribesmen is largely attributed, has issued a formal declaration, de&or.birig himself as head of the independent country of Waziristari. and supported by Ministers duly elected by the people. He expresses the intention to carry on the war till the British Government is driven out. The Waziristan tribesmenf excepting the Masuds and Waz'ris, are practically ignoring this and other fanatical agitators. Their chief concern at i present is the severe drought on the I fronitier of Afghanistan.
