(Received Dec. 16 11.25 a.m.) DELHI, Dec. 15. Another railway smash occurred in province, near Bangalore. A :mail trafji collided with a goods train, and thirty native passengers were .killed and thirty-five injured. The funeral of one of the victims of the recent rioting at Madras was the occasion of inflammatory speeches by "Wadis and other Labour leaders, who that the freedom of Ind?.ft was their one aim.
