At to-day s annual meeting o f the Association, it was proposed t o k require the server to have' both feet behind the line, or if one was raised it must be groundedl before either foot entered the court. Eventually it was decided to postpone decision until after the other nations had been consulted. The meeting resolved that>if a server missed a ball when attempting to serve it shpuld count as a fault, portant motion to empower the International Federation to modify the laws °f ,the Same on condition that the official decisive text of the laws be in the Jl-nglish language, and the alterations be made unanimously at a general meeting of the federation. The motion was referred back to the council after a Jengtiry discussion.
