ALLEGED MANSLAUGHTER.

AUCKLAND, June 14. The trial of Alfred Thomas Percy Dare, aged 23, on a charge of having committed manslaughter by killing Arthur John Horton at Penrose, on January 26, was commenced in the Supreme Court to-day. It is allaged that Dare was the .driver of a motor car which collided with a bicycle ridden by Horton, who sustained fatal injuries. The case for the, prosecution had not concluded when the Court adjourned.
