LONDON, Aug. 27

Mr Henderson rejected Mr F. M. B. Fisher's challenge to a public debate on the Riussian statements. Mr Henderson says: "I -won't waste time over a man -who calls me 'a damned liar of a Bolshevik' and then asks me to disprove my statements." Mr Fisher is being severely heckled at meetings. He was asked what he did in the great war. He replied: "I gave up my Ministerial position in New Zealand and came to England." Interrupter: ' 'But not on thirteen pence a day!" Mr Fisher 6aid that owing to the surplus of officers he could not secure a commission. Lord Kitchener advised him to serve his country in an administrative capacity. He nad been working in the Propaganda Department. LONDON. Aug. 28. M. Kerensky, who was Premier during Mr Henderson's visit to Russia, ridicules the suggestion that the latter was a pacifist or a Bolshevik.
