HERR NOSKE'S FIRM ATTITUDE.
(Received Aug. 28, 9.40 a.m.) / BERLIN, Aug. 27. Heir Noske has issued stringent orders against the publication of Bolshevik pamphlets axuL Ohe possession of firearms. Several members of the Berlin Soviet have be^en arrested. Soviet members advocate a general strike, but the independent Socialists consider the time inopportune. Serr Noske will keep troops in readiness to suppress disorders.
