(Received Aug. 28, 8.50 a.m.) -r WASHINGTON, Aug. 27. Herr yon Hainhauson, who has been in Berlin as Ambassador to the United States, is likely to be considered there as persona non grata, owing to hie connection with Count Bernstorff's activities in the United States during the war.
