Le Petit Parisien has created a sencation by publishing telegrams from | Herr yon Jagow, dated December 11, 1914, to the High Commissioner, M. Van Der Laricken at Brussels,, stating his desire to win Judet over, and adding that Judet had consented to place his whole influence at Germany's disposal for propaganda purpose^ in consideration of the payment of .2,000Opo francs. Yon Jagow in the telegram asks Van Der Lancken's opinion as to concluding an agreeh*ent with -Judet. 1
