LONDON, Aug. 25. The Morning Post's Paris correspondent says Roumania is seriously considering refusing to sign the Austrian Treaty. She objects to the peace in connection with Mr Hoover's and M. Loucheur's Note to Roumania protesting against Roumania taking Hungarian assets belonging to all the Allies. Roumania has been .informed that the Allies propose to suspend the fulfilment of the contracts relating to the supply of arms and ammunition. Relations with Roumania, are getting worse, and are reaching a crisis. A rupture h possible.
