THE PUREBRED BULL.

The Wisconsin purebred bull camn" ;n is meeting with unusual success, as not only stimulated a deeper interest in better dairy blood throughout this State, but the work is being taken up in several other States. All the country agents in Wisconsin are engaged in securing information regarding the number of grade and scrub bulls in their counties and leading the fanners to appreciate the necessity of selecting purebred bulls. Mr L. L. OMham, the county agent of Walworth County, states that his county heads the list of counties in Wisconsin in €he number >.of purebred bulls used in_ proportion to the number of farms in the county or the number of animals per head. Mr Oldham says''lt is a three-years' job. We must nrsfc locate the grade and scrub.
