LONDON, June 12. All the North Altantic liners engaged in repatriating Canadian troops, are held up in the Mersey owing to the /Owners refusing to pay overtime to the! stewards attending the ships' officers, while in Canadian and American ports, j VANCOUVER, June 11. A serious riot occurred in Winnipeg, owing to the general strike.
