TERMS OF SETTLEMENT

The terms of settlement cv the strike include the establishment of an advise ory committee to co-operate with the management in questions of wages and conditions of labor, also a, 48 hours' maximum week. The Board of Control has ceased to exist. The builders' strike, however, is still, unsettled.
