(Received\sA.pril 3, 9.15, a.m.) LONDON, March 26. In the House of Commons, Sir A. Boscawen said that the Government had decided to introduce a Bill conferring on the Board of Agriculture full Ministerial status and completely reorganising the administration with an active creative policy, with a view to developing agriculture. The Government hoped to restore and establish the production of many crops such as flax, hemp and tobacco; also to encourage intensive culture winn'inr to France.
