THE WEATHER.
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 22. The Government Meteorologist telegraphed to-day as follows::—The indications are for southerly moderate to strong winds and veering by east to south; weather probably cool and' changeable and to-night very cold; the barometer has a rising tendency; tides good; sea considerable.
