SIBERIAN ARMY IN FORMATION AT OMSK.

With regard to the news from Ufa regarding the formation of a Provisional Government, it is stated that members of the National Constitutional Assembly elected a year ago have rormed a new Government, which is composed of a directorate of five members, among whom are the. present or tormer heads of the three main sectional governments of Archangel, Omsk and Samara. The directorate members are Avkezentieff, Astrof, Vologodsky, Tskhaicovsky, and Boldierff. The new Government will cooperate with the Czecho-Slovaks. The .Embassy has also received a cable from the Russian Legation at Peking saying that the Omsk Government has mobilised two classes of soldiers, and there is now an army of more than 200,000 men and 30,000 officer8 ' well organised and disciplined. —Aus.-N.Z.
