At the Magistrate's Court, Maurice Ralph manager of the "Peg o' My Hearr Company, was fined £3 and 7s coses on a charge of exhibiting on the programme an advertisement for Tatconsultation. Defendant said that the programmes were supplied free to the company by a Sydney print™i? rm ' and he had not seen them till lliursdny. The Magistrate said that the offence was a serious one in this country, the maximum fine bein» £00.
