THE MURMAN COAST.
ARRIVAL OF ALLIED MISSION
(Received Aug. 3, 9.5 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Aug. 2. The State Department has received advices from Ambassador Francis fro^i Kandalaska, saying that the Allied mission, including Chinese and Japanese, has arrived safely at Kandalaska. The staffs will remain there. Mr Francis, who is at the head of the m:*sion, is proceeding to Kola, where it will remain under the protection of Allied naval and military contingents. —Aus.-N.Z .Cable Assn.
