TYPHOID IN BULGARIA.
BREAKDOWN OF MEDICAL
SERVICE
(Received Aug. 2, 11.20 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, Aug. 1. Typhoid is raging in Bulgaria, especially in the army, and there have already been^ thousands of deaths. The medical service has broken down. There were two cases in the Royal household at Sofia.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
