The Tageblatt says that, in endeavoring to suppress brigandage and antiGernianism in Poland, the authorities have appointed . 2000 licensed gendarmes. Executions are occurring at various points.—Times Service. ALLIED GAINS IN ALBANIA. LONDON, July 31.
