A wireless German official says: We recaptured trenches southward of the Yprefi-Menin road, and destroyed 21 tanks on Wednesday. We repulsed the Canadians, who were attempting to enter Lens. There is intense artillerying on both sides of the Meuse. We evacuated Hill 304. Our troops hare reached the Aa river, on the Ea6t front, and some places on the coast. We repulsed attacks near the Soveja and Susita valley. LONDON, Aug. 25. A German communique admits the lose of the Zeppelin off the Jutland coast last week, and, referring io the aerial raid on Englandj claims they effectively bombed Hull and Lincoln.
