NEW YORK, July 12. The New York's Tribune's London correspondent states that Britain is building the world's greatest mbmarines, which can fight a destroyer or light cruiser. The yards are rushing construction of new types capable of remaining at sea longer than Germany's undersea craft, a battle with, which is predicted.
