HALICZ CAPTURED.
WELLINGTON, July 12. The High Commissioner reports from London on July 11 at 4.40 p.m.: A Russian official message states: Halicz has been captured, and we advanced westward to the left bank of the Lomnica. On the Bogorodbhan (?) front we advanced westward and captured 2000 prisoners and 30 guns.
