• • MR MASSEY'S ATTITUDE. <* - BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. PUKEKOHE, July 9. Mr Massey was asked, in regard to six o'clock closing that he should, as member for Franklin, state his attitude on the subject. Mr Massey replied that he was not only member for Franklin. He was also Prime Minister, and he could not commit Cabinet. It would be wrong f.nd unconstitutional to do so. He stated that . a Bill dealing with the question of hotel hours would be introduced at an early stage of the session.
