CORRESPONDENCE.
BALLOTED MEN
(To the Editor.)
Sir, —In the last list of balloted men appears the name, without being; starred, of my son, P. N. Greig, who on. his 20th birthday, on June 11 last, vol_. untarily enlisted. As the general public look upon balloted men as conscripts, it is only fair to those who have previously volunteered that that fact should be made kno-wn. All my sons—five in number —of military age,, have volunteered. One was luffed in action, and three are now at the front,. W. GREIG, Ngaere.
