DISMEMBERMENT OF AUSTRIA.
AMERICA IN HARMONY WITH THE ALLIES.

The New York World's Washington correspondent states that America will act in harmony with the Allies to secure the dismemberment of AustriaHungary, including an independent Bohemia; also that the1 Trentino and Trieste shall be given to Italy, Transylvania to Roumania and Bosnia and Herzegovina to Serbia.
