AN APPEAL
BAND BENEFIT IN AID. The Hawera Citizens' Band will play a programme of suitable music at King Edward Park to-morrow (Sunday?) afternoon, commencing at 3 o'clock. A collection will be taken up to assist the widow and family of the late E. Hobbs. As this is a very deserving: case, and one which should appeal t*' the residents of Hawera, the bandsmen trust that their efforts will be supported by the public.
