ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES. BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. HAMILTON, May 25. At the inquest touching the sudden death of John Michael McCarthy, a wellknown resident of the Waikato and an ex-resident of Christehurch, a verdict, was returned that death was due to heart failure, caused by excessive drinking of alcoholic liquor.
