STBNEY. Oct. 23. A meeting of Parliamentary leaders agreed to the formation of a National Party. An early dissolution of Parlia- i ment is anticipated. The tug Koputai, from Wellington, arrived much battered. • She tered a terrific gale, and a sea smashed the port side. She ran short-of coal, and was forced to use woodwork tomaintain steam. Her distress signals were unnoticed, but she managed to reach Botany Bay, where she obtained sufficient coal to bring her to Sydney.
