LONDON, Oct. 23> A Russian communique states: We repelled attempts to cross the Boldurka, north of Brody. The Roumanians forced the enemy to retire m the Trotus, Outuz and Slanio valleys. Roumanian successes continue on jthe west front in Moldavia. The Riisso-Roumanians retired, stubbornly resisting, in the Dobrudja. ■ ' /
