ROME, Oct. 23
It is stated that M. Venizelos has sent an ultimatum to Bulgaria demanding immediate evaluation of eastern Macedonia.
LONDON, Oct. 22
A Roumanian communique states: The position, is unchanged at Tulghes and Bigaz. , We repulsed the enemy in the Trotus Valley, also in the Vozeni, Cituz and Saleno Valleys. There was a heavy bombardment at Predeal, and we repulsed two attacks at Dragoslavele.
AMSTERDAM, Oct. 22
The anti-Austrian revolt in Montenegrcj has spread to Herzegovina, where the gatrrison has been reduced owing to the needs on other fronts-. The insurgents killed three of the garrison in Montfthegro. Numerous bands are scouring Montenegro, Herzegovina and iiorth Albania. Ta-oops from Lalmatia and Pola aie engaged in quelling the insurrection.
