Billy Kapa, for a breach of his prohibition order, was fined £2, in default 14 days' imprisonment.
DEBT CASES
Judgment was entered for the plaintiffs, with costs, in the following undefended cases: G. H. Gibson v. A. M. Miller, £12 19s 6d; A. F. Cole v. T. Gaiter, £13 10s 9d.
In the judgment summons case, James Hyslop (Mr Bayley, of Mr O'Dea's office) v. F. Day, claim £18 4s 6d, the debtor, who did not appear, was ordered to pay the amount forthwith, in default IS days' imprisonment.
