' (Received Oct. 9, 9.15 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, Oct. 8. •Sharp differences of opinion regarding foreign policy have arisen in the. fteichstag's Grand Committee, and Dr Heekscher, representing the Radicals, has Resigned. - It is now suggested that the committee should introduce a resolution regarding the foreign policy, which the Tteichstag can accept or reject. A Berlin official telegram states that the war loan realised 528^ millions.
