Alexandropolous, former Minister at Belgrade, is mentioned as Minister for Foreign Affairs. M. Drakaulis, leader of the Labor Pafty, who, was educated at Oxford University, had an audience with King Constantine, and urged him to declare' war against Bulgaria, which, he said, would -reunite the nation at home and abroad. He pointed out that his Maijesty was pursuing a course that j would ultimately lead to the loss, of .his throne. * j The King indicated that he still bej lieved in Germany's supremacy, and j : argued that the Greek army was not ■•properly equipped, whilst the coffers ; were empty.
