LONDON, Oct. 6\ At a meeting of the wool exports sub-committee of the War Trade Department, it was pointed out that unless steps 'are taken this season, there was a great danger of neutrals buying a very large proportion of the colonial clips, to the disadvantage of British and Allied manufacturers.
