(Received Oct. 7, 9.25 ami.) v LONDON, Oct. 6. , Two Frenchmen have invented ah artificial eye made of rubber, with the front surface vulcanised and enamelled, and the back soft. The eye is hollow and air-filled, and responds in a remarkable . manner i;o ocular movements. It does, not irritate 'the eye socket, and lias the further -advantage of being unbreakable.
