HIGH COMMISSIONER'S MESSAGE.
. WELINGTON, Feb. 18. The High Commissioner reports from London on February 17th at 8.45 p.m.: The commandant of the British East African forces reports that the main German reserves are located in the neighborhood of Salata Hill. Our casualties numbered 172.
Col. Dobell, in West Africa, reports that active operations have practicilly ended. Conquest of the Cameroons is complete, excepting the isolated position of Mora Hill.
