KAPONGA WIN TARANAKI CHAMPIONSHIP.
The final for the championship of Taranaki was played at Inglewood on Saturday, when Kaponga met and defeated Whakatika, the northern division winners 3 after a close and interesting game, by 2 to 1. The winners soored both their goals in the second spell.
