(Received June 18, 10.30 a.m.) PARIS, June 17. . A message from Switzerland says that Count Zeppelin's technical assistants at Fredrichshafen are greatly perturbed at the result of Lieutenant | Warneford's success in Belgium. Count Zeppelin has always represented the danger of an attack by an aeroplane as negligible, but his expert advisers now say it will either be necessary to increase the buoyancy of Zeppelins by carrying fewer men and bombs or there will have to a radical change in the design.
