Carroll, £2 19s; E. Gooday v . D. Morrison, £7 16s, J. Goldstone v. G. Pyne, £1 15s; J. Goldstone v. D. Morr'son, £6 16s. In the judgment summons case. "W. G. White (Mr Powell, of Messrs Welsh and McCarthy's office) v. H. Hight (Mr Spratt, of Messrs Halliwell and Thomson), claim £12 Bs, no' order was made.
J. Adams (Mr fiayley, of Mr O'Dea's office) v. Rangiahu, claim £5 19s. The debtor, who did not appear, was ordered to pay the amount forthwith, in default seven dajs' imprisonment.
