LONDON, May 19. Mr Asquith concluded his speech at Guildhall: "We have noble comrades in arms and quoted Wordsworth, "We also have great Allies, none the less potent because to the eye or sense they are invisible, and among them is man's -unconquerable mind."
Mr Bonar Law, in seconding, said that when a venomous reptile got loose the only thing was to destroy it. This waa not easy, and therefore required ■the last ounce. The Dominions were the the putting forth of our full strength to first. to come forward to support the Empire and would not be the last to enter the enemy's capital. They now tad hope, as a result of the war, of an. Empire Parliament, in which every part of the Empire would be represented.
