JXDON, Aug. 10

The preachers emphasised the justness and righteousness of England's decision. Canon Wilberforce, preaching in Westminster Abbey, said that if ever there was a righteous war this was one. Cardinal Bourne, at Westminster Cathedral, said there was no question as to the justness of the war.
