AUSTRIA STILL OUTSIDE

LONDON, Aug. 10. The Daily Telegraph's correspondent reports from Nish, via Salonika, that the Austrians have so far failed to invade Servia. Great enthusiasm prevails, and the officers now expect to realise their national aspirations, take Bosnia and Herzegovina, and secure a port on the Adriatic. All men between eighteen and fifty-live are pressed into service. The mobilisation yielded 450,000. Many raw recruits, who need officers and clothes, were being formed into bands of irregulars, and thrown into Bosnia in order to foment a revolution.
