COMMONSENSE WANTED.
LONDON, Aug. 10. Mr T. P. O'Connor drew the attention of the House of Commons to the unreasonable delay in sending cables abroad, due to the inadequate assistance of rable office censors. Mr McKenna agreed that it was essential that there should be some journalistic commonsense in the censorship, sjid messages should not be stopped simply from the ignorance of the censor.
