NELSON, July 6. At largely-attended meetings of liopgrowers at Motnefca and Wakefleld en Saturday the Licensing Bill was discussed. At both meetings resolutions w ere carried arming the Government to consider the interests of hop-growers, and protesting against any reduction of the majority equired to carry national prohibition. Delegates were appointed to a combined deputation to place the hop-growers' view before the Prime Minister.
