COLORADO STRIKE FIGHTING

President Wilson hae appealed to Mr Rockefeller, the largest owner in Colorado mines, where fighting is still proceeding, to attempt to restore peace, as the President is unable to despatch any troops to the strike area owing to the Mexican trouble. Half a, million miners in lowa threaten to strike unless a settlement is effected.
